Do you buy used devices?

Yes, we certainly do!  This is restricted to devices that can still take updates for their designed operating system and if it's a cellular device it must be able to be activated by the carrier.

How long will it take to repair my item?

Most mobile device repairs are completed same day.  If we're working on something more intricate sometimes it can take longer, feel free to contact us and get an estimate for cost and time to repair.

Do you work on all electronics?

For the most part, yes.  There are many electronics that are less practical to work on and in some cases we are unable to source quality parts, but we'll certainly look into it on a case by case basis.

Is there a warranty included with my repair?

Absolutely!  Each of our repairs comes with a warranty that covers parts and workmanship.  The length of the warranty depends on the type of repair, but the most common screen replacements come with a lifetime warranty.

What happened to the Great Falls location?

Unfortunately the Great Falls location has closed for business.  This site is still maintained by the previous manager of that location so if there is something you need, you can reach out through the website chat and we will assist you as soon as possible.
